Henbart nabs West Seattle corner

SEATTLE — A Wells Fargo-anchored line retail property at 2358 California Ave. S.W. recently sold for $6.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Wells Fargo, which recently closed that branch. It obtained the property many years ago via its acquisition of University Savings Bank.
