Coastal Kitchen finds a buyer

SEATTLE — The perennially popular Coastal Kitchen, at 427 15th Ave E. , closed in February after three decades of feeding loyal Capitol Hill diners and drinkers.

Kidder Mathews put the midblock property on the market this spring, then asking $2.5 million.
