City approves GGLO's design for 234 Bellevue units, all affordable, near Spring District

Looking east, the ghostly train depicted is on a spur line leading to OMF East.

In Bellevue, just northwest of the Spring District, Sound Transit hasn't yet conveyed its surplus land for a planned affordable housing project to total 234 units. But a subdivision and land deal are coming at 1899 120th Ave. N.E., either by discounted sale or a ground lease, and Bridge Housing will then commence construction of two midrise apartment buildings.
