Trammell Crow Residential begins leasing 369 Bothell units

Pictured in July, the building’s construction fencing has since been removed.

Exactly three years ago, the city of Bothell sold a downtown development site, a full block in size, to Trammell Crow Residential. That nearly $12.8 million deal was soon followed by the onset of construction at 9911 Main St., with Graham Construction and architect Hensley Lamkin Rachel (of Texas) leading the effort.
