Plans advance for Wallingford spa

SEATTLE — The architects and future spa tenant/owner have applied for a master use permit at 1326 N. Northlake Way in Wallingford. That's a skinny strip of land directly south of the Burke-Gilman Trail, which will evidently be ground leased. The landowner's prior three-story office plan, dubbed NorthShore, now seems to be dead.

The new one-story Circle Wellness spa proposal would encompass about 4,000 square feet, with 25 structured parking stalls.
