Vintage SRO hotel changes hands

SPOKANE — A century-old former hotel, at 206 S. Post St. in Spokane, sold earlier this month for about $2.1 million, according to Spokane County records.

The seller was the nonprofit Pioneer Human Services, based here in Seattle, which had owned Carlyle Hotel for decades. It's also known as the Bump Block, and has some ground-floor retail.
