Kent units sell for over $92M

The local investor and developer nearly doubled its money over a seven-year hold.

Seven years ago, via an LLC, Goodman Real Estate acquired the 382-unit Avante apartments, at 1414 - 1610 W. James Place in Kent , for almost $54 million. And last week Goodman sold the property, since renamed the Driftwood, for a bit over $92.5 million.
