Harvard Market— still home to a QFC — is in the increasingly dense heart of the Pike-Pine corridor.

Harvard Market, at 1401 Broadway on Capitol Hill , is a commercial condominium long anchored by a QFC — still there — and the Bartell that closed last December. (It also has two residential condos, both individually owned.) The nearly full-block complex was developed in 1996 by Milliken Development of Vancouver, B.C.
