Kamiak lands MUP for Dovetail, with 105 Wallingford units

This view looks northeast at Dovetail, which is to have retail and restaurant space facing Stone Way.

In Wallingford, the longtime neighborhood fixture Stoneway Hardware closed about three years ago. Around the same time, Kamiak Real Estate laid down $8 million for the corner property at 4318 Stone Way N. By then, with architect Weinstein AU, plans were underway for a future apartment building.
