Empty gym sells for over $6M

By JOURNAL STAFF

FEDERAL WAY — A previously LA Fitness-leased building at 27417 Pacific Hwy. S. sold this week for over $6.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Realty Income Properties 16 LLC, which acquired the property in 2015 for almost $12.2 million.
