Industrial buildings trade for over $47M

AUBURN — A fully leased industrial complex at 2002-2222 West Valley Hwy. N. sold last week for $47.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Realty Associates Fund XII Portfolio LP, associated with TA Realty of Boston, which acquired the property in separate 2019 deals worth about $36.2 million.
