Harbor Flats, with 114 West Seattle units, opens to renters

The leasing website is now live for the midrise project, located near the west end of the West Seattle Bridge.

Using a slightly different address since construction began two years ago, Harbor Flats received its temporary certificate of occupancy last week from the city.
