The Line begins leasing its 241 Shoreline units

Looking northwest: the city’s ongoing rebuild of 145th in foreground; the newly opened Line; and the separate Shea Properties project (yellow and purple, with crane) on the corner of First.

Work began on what's now The Line, newly leasing its apartments, in early 2022. Evergreen Point Development collaborated with architect Tiscareno Associates and builder Exxel Pacific on the seven-story, 241-unit project at 132 N.E. 145th St. That's just west of the freeway, with the Shoreline South/148th light-rail station a short walk over to the east side of Interstate 5.
