58 Rainier Valley units could be yours to build

Looking west at the project, there’s a bare lot on the other side that’s also for sale.

Apartment plans emerged two years ago for a mostly vacant corner at 3809 Rainier Ave. S. that had long been used for bark and topsoil sales. Bosha Group acquired the triangular property early last year for about $740,000. With LEV Architecture, plans were then taking shape for a five-story, 58-unit project. The first and only design review to date was last summer. There's not yet a master use permit.
