SEATTLE — West and uphill of the freeway, the intersection of 12th and Jackson is a troubled part of Little Saigon. Seattle Police Department has made it an emphasis zone for clearing out squatters and drug buyers/dealers, but to little avail. Perhaps for that reason, there haven't yet been any buyers for Ding How Center , which came to market in April.
The retail/office complex, at 1207 S. Jackson St., was developed in 1991. It has about 26,579 square feet on two levels, with basement and surface parking. It's now home to a variety of small businesses and restaurants.
