Logistics site trades for $13M

FREDERICKSON, Pierce County — An over 22-acre industrial development site at 5211 196th St. E. sold last week for $13 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was West Canyon Land LLC, associated with Vector Development. It acquired the bare land in 2022 for nearly $3 million, then with architect Synthesis began planning the West Canyon Logistics building.
