Dagmar’s Everett marina trades for $21M

EVERETT — The Boat Country marina at 1871 Ross Ave. sold last week for about $21.3 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Dagmars Marina LLC, which had owned the property for decades. It's also known as Dagmars Marina.
