Nov. 20 will mark the annual broker forecast and breakfast for NAIOP Washington State, to be held at the Four Seasons Hotel. The panel of experts will be lead by CBRE's Greg Inglin (pictured). He'll chat with Chris Hughes of JLL, Casey Trees from KBC Advisors and Brynn Telkamp of Be | Retail. Up for discussion, says NAIOP, is “How will work from home, high borrowing costs, and global economic pressures continue to impact the CRE market into 2025 and beyond?” We're guessing offices won't figure much in the conversation. The event begins at 8 a.m. Details and registration: naiopwa.org.
