Security Properties begins leasing at 29-story Confidential in Belltown

The building, looking west, took about 30 months to complete.

Exxel Pacific began work in the spring of 2022 on The Confidential, a high-rise apartment project from Security Properties. That 29-story, 212-unit building received its temporary certificate of occupancy from the city last week.
