Trent now leasing 108 SeaTac units at aviation-themed Amelia

The new building is a few steps east of Angle Lake Station.

Braseth Construction began construction two years ago on the 108-unit Amelia at Angle Lake, which was designed by Clark Barnes for developer One Trent. That seven-story apartment project at 2929 S. 200th St. is now leasing, with its website offering up to four weeks of free rent as an incentive to new residents.
