Chinn breaks ground on 244 Roosevelt units for High Street

The seven-story building will total about 250,000 square feet, with a 1,300-square-foot corner retail bay.

Planning began in 2021. The master use permit came this past June. The final land sales followed in July, as the DJC then reported. And now construction has begun on a 244-unit apartment project at 6716 Roosevelt Way N.E., on the corner of Northeast 68th Street.
