Ballard buildings sold for over $21M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A trio of buildings on the historic Old Ballard strip sold last week for just over $21 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Ballard Space LLC, associated with local shop Equinox Properties and a Seattle partner, which assembled the properties in 2012 for $12 million.
