Everett timber plant sells for $20M

EVERETT — The Buse Timber plant, at 3812 28th Place N.E., sold earlier this month for $20 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was 3812 Everett Partners LLC, which acquired the property in 2021 for $18 million.
