Holland's 250 Ballard units near first design review

Looking northeast, the project doesn’t include the little old building on the corner of 20th Avenue Northwest (at left).

Holland Partner Group hasn't yet laid down any money for a row of half-vacant buildings at and around 1740 N.W. Market St. (Those include the former Ballard Blossom building.) But, as the DJC first reported in September, an apartment project is steadily taking shape.
