A quartet of talented individuals has joined the ranks at Tarragon, that firm announced last month. Diana Bashirova moves from Mill Creek Residential Trust to become development associate. Transitioning from Lennar, McKayla Dear becomes land development manager, to focus on master-planned communities including Uplands and Plateau 465. Also at Uplands, in the South Hill area south of Puyallup, Ricky Hewson will be manager of that land development team. And, following a stint at Dorsey & Whitney, Sam Olson is now executive assistant to the firm's president, Dennis Rattie.
