Nursing home sells for over $13M

RENTON — A nursing home at 17420 106th Place S.E. sold this week for a bit over $13.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Renton Healthcare Investment LLC, which acquired the land in 2015 for not quite $1.9 million, then developed it.
