URG plans more apartments in Eastgate office park makeover

Cascade Yard — a five-building 1980s office park in the Eastgate area of Bellevue — began its unsteady path toward renewal about three years ago, before the work-from-home effect on office demand was fully felt. Urban Renaissance Group, Pacific Coast Capital Partners and LMN Architects then began formulating a new mixed-use future for the 15 acres at 3380 146th Place S.E., just north of Interstate 90.
