Flex office provider coming to SLU

SEATTLE — Co-work company Industrious already has two Seattle locations. Now it's adding about 18,691 square feet at 1000-1100 Dexter Ave. N., near South Lake Union.

The announcement came on Monday, and the space should open next spring. It's to be dubbed Industrious Lake Union, and will provide about 232 desks on a short-term and flexible basis.
