Blueprint begins leasing 86 units in Ballard

Pictured last weekend, before the TCO, the U-Haul seems to have been purely coincidental.

Blueprint Capital began work almost exactly two years ago on the Carrick apartments, at 1140 N.W. Market St. , which replaced the old KFC.
