New tenant for vacant Starbucks?

The corner space has been empty for two-plus years.

Once ubiquitous before the pandemic, downtown Seattle Starbucks locations could be found on almost every other block. Sometimes it seemed that one shop might be across the street from another, so popular was our homegrown coffee chain — now an international caffeine Goliath.
