Inland Group sells 4,768 affordable units in 4 states

Multifamily investor Hudson Valley Property Group and partner Wheelock Street Capital announced a portfolio sale earlier this month from Inland Group, of Spokane, for 22 affordable apartment communities.

They have 4,768 units in California, Colorado, Idaho and our state. Terms were not announced. Newmark was the buyers' broker, and Goldman Sachs represented Inland Group.
