After only five years, Vanbarton seeks buyer for Danforth on First Hill

The Danforth was designed by Tiscareno Associates and built by Howard S. Wright (a Balfour Beatty company).

Then quite new, the 265-unit Danforth apartments on First Hill sold in December 2019 to Vanbarton Group for a little over $209.2 million. The seller at 1425 Spring St. was then original developer Columbia Pacific Advisors.
