Roosevelt building bought by builder

SEATTLE — A decade-old apartment building at 845 N.E. 66th St. sold this week for a bit over $22.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Kavela LLC, which acquired the corner site in 2011 for almost $3.9 million, then developed the eponymous apartments — years before Roosevelt Station opened a few steps away.
