Holland opens 238 units at its Ballard Independent

The project replaced several small commercial buildings. One of those, then home to Kitchen ’N Things, previously succumbed to fire.

That was quick. The Ballard land deal for Holland Partner Group was exactly 24 months ago. Work soon began on the seven-story, 238-unit apartment project designed by Carrier Johnson + Culture. Holland, per its usual custom, acted as the builder.
