Fairmont Olympic Hotel changes hands, with no announced price

The UW continues to own the land beneath the hotel.

Trinity Investments announced yesterday that it's the new owner of downtown's century-old Fairmont Olympic Hotel. The price wasn't disclosed for the historic structure at 411 University St.
