With its affordable Renton units now open, DevCo's townhouse site next door finds buyer

In the Renton Highlands, construction began in the late fall of 2021 on the east apartment component of what was then dubbed Solera. DevCo and Heartland Construction had by then demolished the old Hi-Lands Shopping Center, which spanned about 11 acres.
