220 Bellevue units from SRM might start next year

This view looks west across 108th at the long, skinny building.

On the same block in downtown Bellevue, SRM Development has a pair of neighboring apartment plans. One is to replace the old Silver Cloud Inn. That's dubbed Perle. Immediately to the south will be Brizo, at 1051 108th Ave. N.E. Runberg Architecture Group is designing that eight-story, 220-unit project, for which the city recently issued a SEPA determination of non-significance. At the same time, Brizo's design was approved. The public comment period ends on Jan. 2.
