50 Lakewood units sell for over $9M

LAKEWOOD — An apartment complex at 8212 29th Ave. Court S. sold this week for about $9.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was GRE Southern Pines LLC, associated with Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the property in 2011 for not quite $2.7 million.

The buyer was Southern Pines 50 LLC, which is associated with Legacy Group Capital of Bellevue. Public records indicate the assumption of a prior Fannie Mae loan.
