36 Tacoma units trade for over $7M

TACOMA — An apartment complex at 3852 S. 29th St. sold last week for about $7.2 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was GRE Sunrise Ridge LLC, associated with Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the property in 2011 for nearly $2.5 million.

The buyer was Beverly Heights LLC, which is associated with Bellevue investors.
