SoDo building changes hands

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A commercial building at 2548 Airport Way S. sold this week for $3.6 million, according to King County records. The seller was Young Re Investments LLC, a family group that had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was Airport Way Partners LLC, which is associated with the Honda dealership a few blocks north on Airport Way.
