Everett property sells for over $14M

By JOURNAL STAFF

EVERETT — An industrial property at 222 W. Marine View Drive sold last week for $14.4 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was W&W Everett Investments LLC, which acquired the property in 2013 for nearly $2.5 million. It's mostly unimproved yard space, with a few random sheds.
