Preston industrial property sells for almost $8M

By JOURNAL STAFF

PRESTON — An industrial building at 30535 S.E. 84th St. sold this week for a bit over $7.9 million, according to King County records.

The sellers, via two LLCs, were local brokers and investors Curran Hagstrom, Collin Hagstrom and Giovanni Napoli, who acquired the property in 2021 for about $6.8 million.
