Industrial in SeaTac trades for $29M

SEATAC — An industrial complex at 18902 13th Place S. sold this week for $29 million, according to King County records.

The seller was LIT Finance III LLC, associated with Clarion Partners, which acquired the property in 2005 for over $15.2 million.
