Pancake Corral could get upscale new neighbor

In a previously unreported Bellevue sale last May, an Eastside investor paid $4.4 million for what most would call the Chace's Pancake Corral property. Don't panic! The family-run, 66-year-old eatery, with its Old West theme, isn't going away. That's on the north end of the roughly 1.5-acre property.
