On former railroad siding, 105 Renton units are still happening

The site is a little north of the Cedar River, near the Landing shopping center and Topgolf.

The Logan Six apartment project, as the city of Renton calls it, will not be stopped. On a dauntingly long, skinny site at 340 Logan Ave. N., east of Renton Memorial Stadium, plans are still advancing for a six-story, 105-unit building designed by Kovach Architects.
