Eastern Washington offices sell for $4M

KENNEWICK — Marcus & Millichap announced last week that it has sold an office building for just over $4.1 million. Working from the Seattle office, R.J. Vara led the effort.

The three-story Columbia Center Heights Executive Suites is at 1030 N. Center Pkwy. in Kennewick, and is home to various small tenants. It has about 12,272 square feet, so the deal was worth around $334 per square foot.
