Working on behalf of an Eastside investor, Jackson Main Architecture applied for a master use permit for an apartment project at 11548 Pinehurst Way N.E. That's a little east of Interstate 5, in the Pinehurst area, on a through-block site that also extends east to 15th Avenue Northeast.
