MUP arrives for 219 Belltown units, many with Elliott Bay views

On a sloping site, on the corner of Eagle Street, the unnamed project will rise nine stories above Western.

The land hasn't sold yet, directly east of Olympic Sculpture Park, but that deal is coming. Washington Holdings secured its master use permit last week for a 219-unit apartment project at 3000 Western Ave.
