36 Lynnwood units trade for $8M

LYNNWOOD — An apartment building at 5620 183rd St. S.W. sold earlier this month for $8 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Lynnwood Country Club Apartments LLC, a family group that had owned the property for decades.
