Tiny TOD near SeaTac station

SEATAC — Not every TOD project near a light-rail station has to be large. Case in point: a five-story, 12-unit apartment plan at 15402 30th Ave. S., to replace an old house near Tukwila International Boulevard Station.

The city of SeaTac recently deemed that project application to be complete. The public comment period ends Feb. 4.
